Japanese WW2 Army Officers Sword

Overall length is 38". The blade is 25.1/2" to the notch. The blade has a groove each side, no bad  flaws or edge nics.  Some overall light scratching and still has a layer of old grease on it. 

Un-signed tang, copper habaki, 4 seppa,  pierced officers Tsuba. 

Handle has good same`.  Very good original brown binding.  The menuki have almost all the gold gilt finish, working push button and has cord tassel holder. Good brown metal saya with normal fittings and most of the paint still ok.
